Welcome to Health Outlet Store. By using healthoutletstore.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. They're written to be read — if anything is unclear, call us at (888) 585-8288 before ordering.

1. Who we are

Health Outlet Store, 4941 E Slauson Ave, Maywood, CA 90270 — a US retailer of respiratory medical equipment and accessories.

2. Medical disclaimer

We sell medical devices; we do not practice medicine. Content on this site — including guides, blog posts, and chat answers — is educational and is not medical advice. Therapy decisions, flow settings, and diagnoses belong to you and your licensed physician. Never adjust prescribed therapy based on something you read here.

3. Prescriptions

Oxygen concentrators and CPAP/BiPAP machines require a valid prescription under FDA regulations. Orders for these items ship only after verification per our prescription policy. Providing a falsified prescription is grounds for immediate cancellation and may be reported.

4. Orders, pricing & availability

• All prices are in US dollars. Sale prices reflect genuine discounts from our regular prices.
• We make every effort to keep stock status accurate; if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you promptly with options and never charge for unshipped goods.
• Obvious pricing errors (e.g., a misplaced decimal) may be corrected before shipment; you'll always have the choice to confirm or cancel at the corrected price.
• We may decline or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or resale abuse.

5. Shipping & returns

Shipping is governed by our shipping policy; returns and refunds by our return & refund policy. Both are part of these terms.

6. Warranties

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty stated on their product page. We facilitate all warranty claims but the warranty itself is provided by the manufacturer. Except as expressly stated, products are provided without additional warranties beyond those required by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Your account & conduct

You agree to provide accurate order and prescription information and not to misuse the site (scraping, interference, or unlawful use). We may refuse service where these terms are violated.

9. Intellectual property

Site content — text, product photography, design — belongs to Health Outlet Store or its licensors. Brand names (Inogen, Belluscura, Rhythm Healthcare, Drive DeVilbiss, React Health) belong to their respective owners and are used to identify genuine products we retail.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles County, California — though in practice, a phone call resolves nearly everything first.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted at the time of your order governs that order.
