Shipping Policy

Free shipping on every order

Every order ships free via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (typically 3–5 business days), whichever serves your address best. Expedited options up to Guaranteed UPS Next Day Air are available at checkout by phone — call (888) 585-8288 for rates.

Same-day dispatch

In-stock orders placed Monday–Friday before 4:00 pm Pacific Time ship the same business day. Orders after the cutoff ship the next business day. If a delay of more than a day or two ever arises, we contact you immediately using the details on your order.

Prescription items (oxygen concentrators, CPAP/BiPAP machines) ship immediately once we receive and verify your prescription — see our prescription policy.

Where we ship

We ship to all addresses within the United States, including PO Boxes (via USPS or UPS as available). We do not currently ship internationally.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with tracking the moment your order ships. Add info@healthoutletstore.com to your address book so nothing lands in spam. Track any time at UPS.com or USPS.com.

Signature confirmation

Orders of $250 or more automatically include signature confirmation for your protection.

Lithium battery shipments

Federal regulations prohibit shipping standalone lithium-ion battery packs by air. Spare batteries therefore travel by ground service; batteries installed in a device (such as a concentrator or CPAP) may ship by air normally. We handle the compliance — you may simply see a ground-speed timeline on battery-only orders.

Delivery days

USPS delivers Monday–Saturday; UPS Ground delivers Monday–Friday. Neither delivers on Sundays or federal postal holidays.
